Refund/ return policy:

Refunds can only be offered if the product is not shipped. Once it is shipped, pools cannot be refunded. Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.

Please note that the intended use for these pools is for use by a single owner. They are not meant to be re-used.

Manufacturer’s warranty: will replace any unused pool within 2 weeks of receipt of purchase if it arrives in any way damaged or unusable. Please test your pool upon receipt to ensure it is in top condition.

Please note that due to Manufacturer Error, there is NO repair kit included in the boxes despite being labelled in the contents.  Any vinyl repair kit will repair the pools, and these can be purchased from any hardware store.
