Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If the return is a result of our error we will pay for the shipping, if it is not, the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If it is a Birth Pool that has been opened, we are not able take it as a return. if the pool is coming back because it is not wanted but is still sealed, shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping paid will not be refunded.

However, if you received something that was broken, opened, or damaged in any way please call us and we will make sure that you are either reimbursed or we will replace the item.

 

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.

Birth Pools

Regular La Bassine and Birth Pool in a Box birth pools have single use or one year warranties. Any manufacturer’s defects need to be reported within 30 days of delivery. It is HIGHLY recommended that pools be opened and inspected well prior to a due date so that if there is a manufacturing defect it can be replaced well in time for the birth.
